MedAcess appoints a designated Patient Relation Officer (PRO) to every patient for assisting the patient and family. The PRO will provide all the required assistance and help whenever is required like registration at the hospital, hospital admission, appointment, consultation, foreign exchange, medical billing and payments, language translators, registration with FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office), visa extension, locker facility, special dietary arrangements, hotel & accommodation outside the hospital, local travel / sightseeing assistance.

• Dedicated separate nurse or staff for the patient deputed by the hospital.
